Minecraft in Room 4

This week we have started work in our own Minecraft server. It is a place for us to be creative, have fun, and learn! Our first task was to build Main Street and start sectioning off properties for each stud not to build their house on. In Math we planned this space using our grid lines. In doing this we were learning about representing 3D space on a 2d plan and also how to use keys and draw to scale. Have a look at some of our work so far on our creative world.

    Fantastic work with Minecraft - Love seeing the program used in education. I'd love to set up a server for Room 13 - however I have no idea how to... Wonder if this could be a great opportunity for tuakana/teina.
